Timer Rebalance & Energetic/Rest System — Hotfix 2
Follow-up hotfix to the May 12 Killer Stamina & Timer Overhaul. Timer speed slightly reduced from 0.4 to 0.35. Task skip cap lowered to 4:30am. New Energetic and Rest stamina states added for Animatronics when landing M1 hits (Energetic = slower stamina drain; Rest = faster stamina regen). Multiple bug fixes. Note: Ennard disguise keybind fix from May 12 still not working (Wyvern confirmed 06:59).
