QoL Update — Balance, Fixes & New Code QUICKFIX

ChangeSurvivors now have a red outline from killer's POV
ChangeDoppelganger can now emote while disguised

ChangeWhen all tasks completed, time shifts based on how many survivors are alive
ChangeDay 7 Streak now visibly indicates the emote reward

NerfSecurity Guard: Diminishing returns when multiple SGs present — >2 SGs = 20% taser duration reduction, +10% per additional SG, capped at 60%
